We need your help.

I’m currently in prĂ©-production of a new project. It’s called After, and it’s directed by Yuni Mahieu.

After is about loss and interfamiliar relationships. A family leaves for a holiday in Ireland, just like every summer. An accident turnes their whole life upside down and every member of the family deals with it in a different way. The sudden loss of the father tears them further apart, but closer at the same time.

But, the shooting will take place in Scotland (not Ireland), and travel expenses are to be made.

Why Ireland? Ireland has beautiful landscapes, they are very wide, where people get lost. More importantly, Ireland has a beautiful tradition for when someone dies, and this will be a key factor in the movie.

Now, the crew will already be reduced to its very minimum, for money’s sake off course. However, we are still looking for some extra support to get the project realized. You can do this in in little or large amounts, or simply by spreading the word. Any support is help- and grateful!

Off course, for those who do decide to support us in making this project, we have some rewards we would happily share with you.

For all the info about this project, go to: http://www.indiegogo.com/projects/after–2

We thank you a lot!

New Shorts in the making.

This week we wrapped the production of the short film In Het Zwart. This dark mystery-drama is about a boy who is isolated from the outside world and is confronted by the appearance of a highly attractive, promiscuous girl living in the room next-door. The film is directed by Michiel Geluykens, and starring Andy Van Kerschaver, Scarlet Tummers, Gert Portael and Wennie De Ruyck.

Also, next Thursday will be the start of another short, called Wat Johanna Ziet, from director Eva Van Tongeren. Again starring Scarlet Tummers, but this time accompanied by Charlotte Vanden Eynde and Frederike Migom. As the title implies, we follow Johanna during a reunion weekend with her two other sisters, in search of her place in this triangle-relationship.

Both films will be featured on this site very soon.
